islet of rolas - in the middle of the world

We drive from the capital down along the East Coast to Ponta Baleia. The journey takes about 2h30. From here we have a boat transfer of about 20 minutes to the islet of Rolas.

Once we arrive to the resort a welcome drink will be served and we may enjoy the swimming pools of the resort.

We can also relax on the beach, like the famous Café Beach, before lunch time.

Lunch is served at the restaurant Pôr do Sol with the panoramic view of the island of São Tomé. After lunch we will take a walk (20 min.) to the Equator mark.For those who want, afterwards it is possible to walk around the islet to enjoy the blowholes and the views. (About 2h).

About 4 o’clock in the afternoon we go back to the island of São Tomé by boat.

After another 2h30 of journey, we arrive back to the capital.
